Yesterday, Ozmo Women's Network (OWN) hosted their annual mid-year rejuvenation session, focused on self care and positive affirmations. Ozmonauts engaged in yoga and mindfulness techniques, shared their 2023 vision boards and created their own positive affirmation designs.
